AFFECTIVE DISORDERS IN MEN WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION IN COMBINATION WITH METABOLIC SYNDROME

Purpose. To study the features of affective disorders in men with comorbid chronic coronary heart disease metabolic syndrome.
 Materials and methods. The was performed participation 115 male patients diagnosed disease. Metabolic syndrome verification carried out using clinical recommendations All-Russian Scientific Society Cardiology (2009). Identification presence anxiety-depressive states assessment their severity Hospital Anxiety Depression scale.
 Results. showed that among who have syndrome, median averaged anxiety score on scale significantly higher (p=0,041) compared to those without syndrome. In 17,6% examined a combination elevated levels were detected. subclinically pronounced nature found 13,7% surveyed this group, clinically 3,9%. Elevated depression detected At same time, depressive both expressed frequency: 7,8% vs 7,8%.
